1958 T-Bird Jukebox

This juke box was made out of the back half of a 1958 Ford Thunderbird and was professionally restored with the following modifications: The tail fins have been raised 2 inches, the rear pan has been rolled and candy tangerine paint applied after much painstaking body work. This very unique piece has a 300 CD changer with matching speakers and receiver. Push a button and the deck lid opens automatically, the music comes on and lights dances with the beat. Tail lights were modified with 96 LED lights that display in a continually moving circular pattern.

Over 200 shop hours invested with a substantial outlay of cash. This piece was the most talked about exhibit at the Cincinnati Cavalcade of Customs in January, 2003.

Right before this next picture was taken, Larry Zimmer decided that the JukeBox was missing something. One night it hit him... Flames! It didn't have flames! It couldn't be a true Larry Zimmer creation without some of his trademark flames. So he went back to the drawing board, changed the color and added flames like only he can do.
